Advance payments (50% of the total amount) are collected at the time of making a reservation, the remaining payment is to be completed on check-in.
For single-night stays, the entire amount due is collected in advance.
This policy is applicable for both cancellations and amendments. It is not applicable to group bookings larger than 4 rooms. Please speak to the reservations team about the group booking policy.
Refunds take up to 15 working days to process.
This amount is refundable as per the following schedule:
